  Designed By Good People are huge fans of TED.com and Simon Sinek. This talk caught our eye as it articulates why we are starting our company better than we have…so far. Which is annoying. The premise behind the talk is that people buy why you do something. Not what you do. Dell make computers. They sell of lot of them. But would you buy a music playing device from them? Or a phone? No, me neither. What about Apple? They are a computer company just like Dell. What’s the difference? Why can Apple sell music players, computers, phones and software in vast numbers, but Dell can’t?
